How do I order my spectacles from Best Specs 4 U .com ?

 

Ordering spectacles from Best Specs 4 U .com is easy and secure. All you need is your prescription (which your Optician has to provide you with by law under the UK Opticians Act 1989). And remember - just because you had your eyes tested at your Opticians doesn't mean you have to buy your glasses from them !

Why are your spectacles so much cheaper than from my Opticians - is it because you use poor quality frames and lenses ?

 

Our frames and lenses are the same as those that you will find in retail Opticians throughout the country ! Because we only sell our spectacles on the Internet, we don't have the costly overheads associated with operating retail outlets - enabling you to buy the same quality eyewear at much lower prices.

How do I know what frame size I need ?

 

The simplist way to get the right frame size is to look at the dimensions on a pair of spectacles you currently own. On the frame itself you will usually find three measurements - the first two are separated by a square or rectangle. These are the Lens Diameter and Nose Bridge. The third value is the Arm Length. All values are given in millimetres (mm).

How long will it take for my new spectacles to arrive ?

 

We endeavor to have your new spectacles with you within 7 working days. However, due to the complexity associated with the production of spectacles, sometimes this may take a little longer.

I am having difficulty reading my prescription - what can I do ?

I made a mistake when I placed my order - what should I do ?

 

We work quickly at Best Specs 4 U .com, so please contact us by telephone as soon as possible and if your order hasn't already been processed we will correct the mistake.

Are your spectacles guaranteed ?

 

Our Dispensing Optician inspects every pair of spectacles before they are packaged and dispatched. However, in the unlikely event that they arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch of your order, and we will replace the spectacles or offer you a refund.
